CBM / Careers / Building / Condo Manager

Responsibilities:
Being a Building / Condo Manager, you will be responsible for:
- On-site management and maintenance of the assigned building/property
- Planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities of the assigned building/property
- Overall staff supervision
- Administration and management of contracts
- Provide efficient and effective solutions to tenants/clients
- Attend to any other duties as and when required by the Management
Requirements:

Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in managing MCST property
- Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with strong analytical & leadership skills
