Responsibilities:

Being a Building / Condo Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • On-site management and maintenance of the assigned building/property
  • Planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities of the assigned building/property
  • Overall staff supervision
  • Administration and management of contracts
  • Provide efficient and effective solutions to tenants/clients
  • Attend to any other duties as and when required by the Management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in managing MCST property
  • Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player with strong analytical & leadership skills
