Responsibilities:

Being an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations and supervision of the various business units: Technical Services (M&E), Building Services, Security, Cleaning and Carpark
  • Responsible for customer relations management and business operations processes to meet customers' expectations and business needs
  • Provide high-level client interface and accounts management
  • Develop Company's standard operation procedure and internal work flow, and continue with implementation plans to achieve target results
  • Identify new business and growth opportunities for business expansion
  • Perform any other duties as and when directed by the General Manager

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education and/or post graduate degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
  • Maturity, coupled with the ability to deal with issues and challenges and provide practical solutions
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Good people management skills, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent networking and client management skills
  • Self-driven, resourceful and a good team player
  • Willing to be posted overseas for at least 1-2 years
