CBM / Careers / Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Being an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations and supervision of the various business units: Technical Services (M&E), Building Services, Security, Cleaning and Carpark
- Responsible for customer relations management and business operations processes to meet customers' expectations and business needs
- Provide high-level client interface and accounts management
- Develop Company's standard operation procedure and internal work flow, and continue with implementation plans to achieve target results
- Identify new business and growth opportunities for business expansion
- Perform any other duties as and when directed by the General Manager
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary education and/or post graduate degree
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
- Maturity, coupled with the ability to deal with issues and challenges and provide practical solutions
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Good people management skills, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent networking and client management skills
- Self-driven, resourceful and a good team player
- Willing to be posted overseas for at least 1-2 years
