Property Officer

 

Responsibilities:

Being a Property Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day supervision of term and ad-hoc contract works in relation to the Condo/complex’s facilities
  • Attend to feedback by tenants/clients and to recommend and take remedial actions
  • Support the Condominium/Complex Manager in obtaining quotations for the effective management of the facilities
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) 2004 is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven, resourceful and a good team player
  • Preference will be given to those who can start within short notice
