CBM / Careers / Property Officer

Responsibilities:
Being a Property Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day supervision of term and ad-hoc contract works in relation to the Condo/complex’s facilities
- Attend to feedback by tenants/clients and to recommend and take remedial actions
- Support the Condominium/Complex Manager in obtaining quotations for the effective management of the facilities
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) 2004 is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, resourceful and a good team player
- Preference will be given to those who can start within short notice
