Being a Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for maintaining proper equipment listing, inspections of the buildings
• Report on maintenance issues and critical incidence
• Inspect and check on-site that work orders have been carried out accordingly and on time agreed
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when directed by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum NTC 2 or ITC in Electrical, air-conditioning or building maintenance
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in M&E works
• Able to do troubleshooting, building maintenance and M&E related works
• Able to communicate and read in English
• A committed and responsible team player
• Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
