CBM has been a holder of the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) and Singapore Service Class Awards since 2009. Administered by SPRING Singapore, the awards recognise companies who strive for Business Excellence under a set of internationally aligned standards that focuses on 7 key factors; leadership, customers, strategy, people, processes, knowledge and results.
With the recent re-alignment in the framework that places a higher focus on customers, CBM has proven its commitment to quality service by achieving a higher standard; the Singapore Quality Class Star and Singapore Service Class awards. The re-certifications have also brought useful insights and areas of improvements to CBM in its journey to become the premier provider of total facilities management solutions.
