CBM Heads of Department (HODs) and leaders gathered in Bangkok, Thailand, for a three-day Leaders’ Retreat from 27 to 29 Mar 26. During the retreat, participants explored local landmarks and took part in various team-bonding activities, including golf, bowling and Muay-Thai boxing.
The retreat provided an opportunity for leaders to connect beyond the workplace, strengthen relationships and foster greater collaboration across the Group. It also reinforced CBM’s commitment to building a united leadership team, promoting teamwork and working towards a shared vision for sustainable growth.
