CBM Thailand Awarded Multiple Contracts

CBM Thailand (CBMT) successfully secured three MA+ME services contracts towards the end of 2025. Amongst these were the servicing of the Government Pension Fund (GPF) Wittayu Tower and GPF Bangkok City Tower, both spanning tenures of 36 months. These long-term projects demonstrate GPF’s confidence in CBMT’s technical expertise and highlight its ability to manage complex, high-rise mixed-development properties.

CBMT was also awarded a 12-month contract for Thailand Science Park under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). The project began in Oct 2025, requiring the deployment of 200 personnel, and covers all four buildings within the complex, totalling over 300,000 sq. m..

These contract wins represent a defining moment for CBMT, underscoring CBMT’s commitment to excellence, operational expertise, and longstanding industry credibility.
