CBM Volunteers Revitalise Homes

CBM carried out our annual CBM Home Refresh 2025 CSR Programme on 25 Oct 2025. Over 20 CBM volunteers provided various pro-bono services, including deep cleaning, handyman work, and plumbing repairs, to over 100 homes at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh blocks 103 to 106.
Strong partnerships with the Toa Payoh Central Zone 4 Residents’ Network (RN), People’s Association (PA), and students of St. Andrew’s Junior College (SAJC) enabled the programme to proceed smoothly from the home assessment phase to its execution.
A CBM volunteer reaches the window grills as another ensures the corridor is well-kept.
CBM hopes that its impact on the community continues to grow through meaningful collaboration with its community partners as it enters its fourth year of fulfilling its annual Home Refresh programme CSR.
