CBM Leaders Training 2025: Equipping Leaders for the Future

On 9 Apr 2025, CBM Pte Ltd (CBM) conducted a full-day Leaders Training session, focused on aligning staff in leadership positions with the company’s strategic priorities, operational standards, and sights on future trends.
CBM CEO, Mr Roy Chiang, kickstarted the day reminding leaders of CBM’s vision and mission, and sharing how Condition-Based Monitoring has transformed manpower efficiency, which has helped CBM position itself as a leading Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) provider. CBMS CEO, Mr. Teo Hwee Yean, shared insights on our Quality Management System (QMS) journey, including our bizSAFE and professional certifications as well as the regulations, standards, and compliance milestones that have brought us to where we are today.
Other key topics by various members of the senior management were also discussed. CTO, Derek Yoh, gave the leadership a glimpse of how future technologies in the field of AI and Robotics can influence the workplace, while COO, Lee Liang Huat, shared insights on the importance of business operations, the procurement process, evaluation and compliance aspects, as well as the key criteria involved in government tender evaluation. In addition, Head of Training and Development, Tan Suan Luie, shared on CBM’s Sustainability roadmap and ESG framework that emphasised the growing importance of adopting sustainable business practices in our operations and client partnerships.

The training session concluded with CCO, David Lim, highlighting the company’s workforce transformation efforts like the Progressive Wage Model (PWM), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and in building an inclusive and future-ready workforce.
This training has helped the leadership across the subsidiaries and HQ maintain strategic focus on CBM’s corporate direction, emphasising that each leader has an important role to play in driving innovation and success in tackling industry challenges.
