CBM Parking (CBMP) was awarded a contract to manage the car parks of Singapore’s Punggol Digital District (PDD). To-date, multiple car parks have been successfully implemented, including two at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) campuses.  The car parks span a total of 1,504 parking lots.

In addition to managing the car parks at PDD, various state-of-the-art parking technologies will be implemented, including a virtual Parking Guidance System (vPGS), a barrierless entry and exit system, and convenient payment options through on-site kiosks and an online payment portal.

These upgrades are designed to provide motorists with a seamless, efficient and user-friendly experience in line with the district’s smart city vision.
