CBM’s Engineering Division Secures Contract for Genting Hotel Jurong

CBM Pte Ltd’s (CBM) Engineering Division was awarded a two-year contract to provide property management services for Genting Hotel Jurong.

The contract commenced in June 2025.

The award follows a competitive tender process, where CBM emerged as the successful bidder among several organisations. The scope of work encompasses managing agent services and monthly maintenance works, ensuring the property is efficiently maintained and professionally managed.
