CBM Learning Day 2025: Sharing Knowledge and Skills Together

The whole CBM family under one roof on CBM Learning Day 2025.

On 5 Aug 2025, staff across CBM Ptd Ltd (CBM) and its subsidiaries gathered at the Lifelong Learning Institute for CBM Learning Day 2025. The event, themed “Embracing Innovative Solutions and Sustainable Business Practices”, provided staff with the opportunity to broaden their knowledge across divisions while engaging directly with senior management through a town hall session, fostering transparency and open communication.

Staff speakers from divisions such as Training and Projects shared on key topics, including Sustainability and Safety Practices. Attendees also participated in fun quizzes and celebrated individuals who exhibited exemplary practices in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) through the Safety Awards Ceremony.

The day concluded with an interactive town hall dialogue between staff and senior management, as suggestions and concerns regarding employee well-being were raised.
